Booking Policy

Appointments may be booked starting any time in advance of the appointment and up to 16 hours before the start of the appointment.

Introductory Consultation

Not sure where to start?  This is our "No Sweat Intro" consultation to chat with one of our coaches about your history, goals, etc, and how we can get you in the best shape of your life!  
This is typically a 20 minute zoom/google video call to get to know one another.  We'll get you enrolled in the right program whether it's group classes, personal training, nutrition coaching, or a hybrid.
